Delivery boys are very irritating. They are trying to ruin the company's name. They talk some nonsense on the phone and make you angry and anxious. Old people should be beware of these pranks. Also companies should stop instant deliveries. They put lot of pressure on the system - boys, traffic, customers etc

Big basket is one of the best online grocery app. The delivery service is also good (15 min delivery & 1 day delivery). Very genuine service. So far I haven't faced any problems with the big basket. …

Rotten milk supplied. Manager not picking his call even after repeated calls. Without delivery of milk also posts in the app as delivered today. Gopalapatnam area service.

Delivery persons are soo rude while talking to customers and they deny to deliver the order giving many reasons and finally cancel the order without the consent of the customer.. This is not at all appropriate, the store manager should look into this..

Without my consent they cancelled my ordered items to my mother's place (Sr.Citizen). I opted for morning 8-9 am delivery and they called me around 11.30 pm for delivery. I asked for morning delivery as per slot but they cancelled the order without prior notice.

Delivery executives for Bigbaket now are very irritating even if it’s night and women on call they keep on requesting to mark delivery before delivering the order. And to help if we agree to that they deliver our items very late. If its so late why we have to use now option.
