Job Description

As a Senior Functional Architect with expertise in Oracle Fusion and EBS, you are expected to have a profound understanding of Oracle ERP systems. Your track record should reflect leadership in managing large-scale implementations and defining strategic functional architecture. The ideal candidate for this role will possess 15-20 years of experience in driving successful ERP transformations, particularly within the Banking and Financial Services domain. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle implementation and support of Oracle ERP solutions. Your duties will include collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their business processes, gathering requirements, configuring the software, and offering expert guidance. Proficiency across various Oracle modules will be crucial in crafting efficient, scalable, and impactful enterprise solutions. Your comprehensive expertise should span key Oracle modules such as Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Procurement, Purchasing) and Oracle Fusion CX. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around defining and maintaining functional architecture for ERP systems, translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and leading project planning and governance. The successful candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in Oracle ERP, encompassing both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud. A minimum of 5 years in a Senior Functional Analyst role and involvement in at least 10 full lifecycle implementations, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services sector, are essential qualifications. Additionally, a strong grasp of enterprise business processes and cross-functional integrations is a must. Key qualifications for this role include excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proven experience in customer interactions, negotiation, and stakeholder management, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders. The ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely, along with experience in collaborating with team members, is crucial for ensuring successful implementation of solutions.,
