Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Central Maintenance Power Train Staff Function Heat Treatment

Procurement of Power Train related equipment
Calibration / Inspection Process Understanding and Its execution.
Planning and Execution of Annual / Periodic Maintenance Planning.
Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates.
Identification of Revenue Budget and Its Execution.
Support to repair activity.
ISO 9001:2015 Implementation.
Implement Education to improve maintenance skill.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of Power Train Equipment like CNC, HMC, Lathe, Gantry, Heat treatment furnace, Hobbing, cutting, rolling, CMM Equipments, Washing Machine, Fanuc, okuma etc.
Must have good Communication Skill – English ( To be able to read , write, and talk )
Must have good Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point).
Knowledge of maintenance of hydraulic equipment and pneumatic equipment.
Must be able understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of Basic Mechanical Component such as Pump, Valve Working, Mechanical Drives etc.

Knowledge of Basic Electrical Component such as Relays, Switchgear , Electric motor , Servo motor , VFD etc.
