Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the Critical Care product portfolio.
  • Identify and manage key hospital accounts
  • Promote and detail critical care brands (e.g., antibiotics, anti-infectives, and injectables) in assigned territory.
  • Execute brand promotion activities, CMEs, and scientific discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Handle hospital tendering, rate contracts, and institutional business processes.
  • Ensure effective demand generation and timely supply through coordination with distributors and supply chain.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast requirements, and share periodic business insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
