Job Description

Position Overview: PAN INDIA- We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira instances. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Jira administration, workflow customization, and user support to enhance productivity and streamline project management processes. Responsibilities: Configure and Manage Jira Projects : Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and screens to meet business requirements. User Management : Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate usage of the system. Customization : Develop and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to facilitate effective project tracking and issue resolution. Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring proper utilization of Jira features and workflows. Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance the overall functionality of Jira. Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Jira with other tools and ensure it aligns with organizational needs. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience : 5-7 years of experience in Jira administration or a similar role, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Skills : Proficiency in Jira configurations, custom workflows, and JQL (Jira Query Language). Familiarity with Jira plugins and add-ons is a plus. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
