Job Description

As a Jira Administrator at our organization, you will play a crucial role in handling data analysis, Jira administration, and the day-to-day operations of the CPTO office. We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can provide valuable support to product, technology, and operations teams by offering data-driven insights, process improvements, and efficient project tracking. In this role, your responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to derive meaningful business insights. You will be tasked with creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics will be essential to support decision-making within the CPTO office. Additionally, automating data workflows and optimizing data extraction processes will be part of your daily tasks. Your role will also involve administering Jira, Confluence, and related tools to facilitate Agile and project management workflows. This will include setting up and maintaining Jira boards, workflows, permissions, automation rules, and reports. You will be supporting teams with Jira queries, issue tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning while ensuring data accuracy and process adherence in Jira for efficient project execution. Furthermore, you will be supporting the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) in tracking and managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to aid strategic decision-making, organize meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and recommending improvements, automating repetitive tasks using scripts, macros, or workflow automation tools, and ensuring smooth communication and documentation flow within the CPTO office will be crucial aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a BTech or MCA from a reputable institution with 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, Jira administration, and office operations. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, data analysis, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is required. Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools, ability to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and manage multiple priorities, as well as strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, behavioral skills such as strategic thinking, planning and organizing, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, people leadership, innovation, creativity, and attention to detail will be beneficial in excelling in this role.,
