Job Description

Ensure achievement of sales and customer acquisition targets for Jio Centre.
Optimize cost efficiency and productivity of the Jio Centre operations.
Oversee seamless operation and administration of the Jio Centre.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and implement commercial controls.
Obtain necessary permissions and approvals required for project execution.
Liaise with channel partners to drive productivity and operational excellence.
Develop and implement action plans for customer retention and collect feedback.
Manage, coach, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.

Education Required

Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

10 to 14 years of relevant experience.
