Job Description

Ensure achievement of sales and customer acquisition targets for the Jio Centre.
Optimize cost efficiency and overall productivity of the Jio Centre.
Oversee seamless operations and effective administration of the Jio Centre.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and implementation of commercial controls.
Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for smooth project execution.
Liaise with channel partners to drive operational productivity and growth.
Develop and execute action plans for customer retention and feedback management.
Manage, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Education Required

Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

10 to 14 years of relevant experience.
