Jewelry Salesperson

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salesperson to become a part of our jewellery store team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, presenting our imitation/fashion jewellery collection, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and aiding customers in their jewellery selections, providing explanations about product features, styles, and usage, recommending jewellery pieces based on customer preferences and current trends, managing billing, packaging, and inventory updates, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and appealing display of jewellery counters. You will also be expected to achieve sales targets, contribute to the growth of the store, and foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or accessories industry. Possessing good communication skills and a customer-centric approach is essential. A basic understanding of fashion and jewellery trends, the ability to operate cash registers/point of sale (POS) systems, and a positive, polite, and well-groomed personality are also important qualities for this role. The minimum educational requirement for this position is High School / Plus Two / Graduate depending on your specific needs.
