Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Associate with proven experience in jewelry or diamond sales to join our remote sales team. You will connect with potential customers, understand their jewelry needs, and convince and convert leads into successful orders — while maintaining timely follow-ups and detailed CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and connect with all incoming leads within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Engage and convince customers effectively to convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Record and log every interaction in the CRM with detailed notes and call outcomes.
• Follow up diligently with prospects until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
• Understand customer requirements related to custom jewelry, diamond grades, and budgets.
• Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for improved communication and lead handling.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in jewelry or diamond sales (mandatory).
• Proven ability to convince and convert leads into sales.
• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer handling for luxury or high-value products.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• CRM proficiency (Zoho / HubSpot / similar) preferred.
• Excellent follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
• Must have a stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and own laptop/desktop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
