Jewellery sales executive

Key Responsibilities .

 Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering personalized jewelry recommendations.

 Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

 Drive in-store and event sales to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.  Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury markets.

 Provide after-sales service and handle client follow-ups with care. Operations & Store Support

 Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.

 Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.

 Ensure visual merchandising, displays, and store ambience meet luxury brand standards.  Maintain accurate sales and operations reports for management.

 Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and client deliveries.

 Manage client communications (calls, WhatsApp, emails) with professionalism. Requirements

 2–4 years of experience in retail sales and/or operations (luxury jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred).

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi/Kannada is an advantage).

 Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.

 Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and during exhibitions/events.

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or operations. What We Offer  Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
