Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their needs.
Maintain strong product knowledge and explain authenticity/certifications.
Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Manage billing, payments, and proper documentation.
Ensure attractive product display and maintain stock records.
Provide after-sales service, handle queries and customer follow-ups.
Maintain store hygiene, security, and comply with company policies.
Work with the team to achieve store goals and report customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Minimum 10th pass.
Experience:
1- 3 years in retail sales (Jewellery, luxury, or fashion preferred). Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Skills:
Strong communication, customer handling, and persuasion skills.
Personality:
Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused.
Other Requirements:
Flexible to work in shifts, target-oriented, and a team player.
