Job Description:

We are looking for experienced candidates from the jewellery retail industry to join our sales team. Your role will be to welcome customers, show them jewellery items, explain product details, and assist them in making purchase decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Display and explain jewellery designs, quality, and pricing
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle sales transactions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in jewellery showroom sales (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)

Good communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of jewellery quality, types, and trends

Customer service oriented
