✅ Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a warm, friendly approach
✅ Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business✅ Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets✅ Handle customer queries and complaints professionally✅ Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in the showroom✅ Support stock management, billing, and after-sales services✅ Keep up-to-date with current jewellery trends and promotions
