Customer Engagement:Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting jewelry pieces.
Product Knowledge:Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, pricing, and care.
Sales Transactions:Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments, and potentially managing opening and closing stock records.
Showroom Management:Maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive, and keeping the store organized.
Customer Service:Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building relationships with customers.
Sales Targets:Achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting jewelry and closing sales.
Trend Awareness:Staying updated on the latest jewelry trends, styles, and market developments.
Inventory Management:Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and ensuring accurate stock levels.
Marketing Support:Assisting with marketing efforts, such as identifying potential customers and supporting promotional events.
