Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Consultant at Tyaani Jewellery, located in Jammu. The role involves providing exceptional sales consulting, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, and ensuring stellar customer satisfaction. As a vital representative of the brand, the consultant will engage with clients professionally, offer tailored recommendations, and drive sales through excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting to effectively understand customer needs and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
• Ability to provide insightful Consulting to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
• Prior experience in luxury, jewellery, or high-end retail sales is an advantage
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Relevant certifications or training in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
