Launch Calendar Planning

• To plan collections and their launch dates as per the events, festivals and market trends.
• To prepare roll out plan (collection launch) for at least 3 months prior.
• To share the roll launch plan with social media team.

Collection Planning

• To brief the design team or vendor to develop the new samples.
• Sample selection from the vendors or design team to curate the collection as per instructions given by the management.
• The collection should have enough styles to launch. Also, the collection should have mix of earrings, necklaces, rings, bangles/bracelets etc.
• The planning of collection should start at least 6 months before the launch.
• To plan combos from the existing styles on website, for special events like Mother’s Day, Rakhi, Women’s Day etc.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, jewellery preferred
• Design background
• Proficient in collection planning
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
