Key Responsibilities

Functional Finance

• Configure and support JDE Finance modules including

  GL, AP, AR, FA, Lease Management, and Cost Accounting

  .
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define accounting business processes, financial controls, and reporting needs.
• Perform gap analysis, fitment, and design solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Create functional specifications for RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements).
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments, testing, and UAT cycles.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit standards.
  

Functional – Manufacturing (MFG)

• Experience in

  Manufacturing & Shop Floor Control, Inventory Management, MRP, Work Orders, BOM, Routings

  .
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement scalable JDE solutions.
• Configure and optimize product costing, production planning, and order execution.
• Support integration with warehouse, procurement, and quality modules.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation.
  

Supply & Distribution (SND)

• Expertise in

  Sales Order Management, Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Pricing, and Demand Planning

  .
• Implement best practices in order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) cycles.
• Configure distribution modules, sourcing rules, and inventory controls.
• Work with business to improve lead time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  

CNC Administration

• Install, configure, and manage JDE

  EnterpriseOne servers

  .
• Perform

  CNC administration

  , including package builds, deployments, OMW, security, and environment management.
• Monitor system performance, database tuning, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT controls, patching, ESUs, and disaster recovery plans.
• Work with Oracle support for SR management and upgrades.
  

Technical Development

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations using

  JDE tools (UBE, BSFN, NER)

  .
• Develop reports, integrations, and enhancements for business processes.
• Work with functional users to understand requirements and build scalable solutions.
• Experience with

  Orchestrator, AIS, BSSV, and BI Publisher

  is an advantage.
• Support data migration and interface development with 3rd party systems.
