Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with a passion for sports and sales. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, pitching products, managing orders, and nurturing customer relationships, especially in the government and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell sports equipment to schools, colleges, institutions, and government departments Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits, and emails Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for order fulfillment Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and payments Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) 1–3 years of experience in sales (Sports/Government supply preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of Excel, Email, and Quotation formats Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings and exhibitions Enthusiasm for sports and fitness is a big plus Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives based on performance Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Opportunity to grow with a reputed brand in sports supply Training and support provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,091.71 - ₹34,614.01 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
