Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement BPM solutions using JBPM 6.x/7.x
Design and optimize workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
Integrate JBPM with Java-based enterprise applications (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate)
Develop and manage decision models using DMN and FEEL expressions
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements
Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of BPM solutions
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
Document architecture and design decisions clearly

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in software architecture, with 3+ years in JBPM
Strong Java/J2EE background including Spring (Core, Boot, MVC), REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with BPMN, DMN, FEEL, and business process modeling tools
Familiarity with UI frameworks like AngularJS or Bootstrap (nice to have)
Knowledge of asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models is a plus
