JavaScript Engineer

Role Overview: As a Staff Engineer at dotSolved, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in JavaScript to design, develop, and maintain SDKs and libraries. You will play a crucial role in improving the onboarding process, SDKs, QuickStart, and documentation to enhance the developer experience. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the best developer experience for the technologies you work with. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop new SDKs, libraries, APIs, and experiences to simplify complex identity APIs and integration processes for customer applications. - Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers on your team, contributing to a highly technical roadmap. - Mentor and coach engineers across different levels and champion new technologies to enhance library improvements. - Lead cross-team initiatives including code reviews, design reviews, operational robustness, and security enhancements. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of expertise in JavaScript - 3+ years of expertise in React - Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers successfully across various technology platforms. - Experience in developing libraries or SDKs for developer consumption. - Proficient understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction and presentation. - Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Next.js. - Previous experience in authoring developer documentation such as tutorials, blog posts, and docs.
