Java/C++ with Rust Developer

As an Applications Developer at our organization, your primary responsibility will be the design, development, and delivery of Java or Rust based applications. You will be tasked with writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code to prepare and produce releases of software components. Your role will also involve supporting continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and technologies, as well as investigating, debugging, and resolving technical problems that arise. Additionally, you will contribute to existing application systems through analysis and programming activities. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java or C++ development, with Rust being a good-to-have skill. A strong understanding of Object-oriented Programming concepts and principles, along with knowledge of data structures, will be essential. We value logical thinking, quick learning ability, and the willingness to explore new frameworks. Being open to learning and developing applications in new languages is a key aspect of this position. Experience with Rust, Kafka, Oracle, KDB, Chronicle, Teamcity, Jenkins, udeploy, BitBucket, Jira, Intellij, and Eclipse will be advantageous. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with local and global teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for success in this role.
