Job Description

We seek a motivated and skilled Java Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Java programming skills and a passion for teaching. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with prior training or industry experience.

Responsibilities:

Conducted training sessions on Core Java and Advanced Java (including practical sessions).
Create and update training materials, assignments, and coding challenges.
Mentor students and resolve their doubts during and after sessions.
Evaluate the performance of trainees through tests and feedback sessions.
Stay current with industry trends and new Java technologies.
Provide career guidance and technical support to learners.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, exception handling, collections, multithreading, JDBC, and basic frameworks like Spring/Hibernate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers with solid Java knowledge and a desire to teach are welcome.
