Java Trainer

We seek a motivated and skilled Java Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Java programming skills and a passion for teaching. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with prior training or industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted training sessions on Core Java and Advanced Java (including practical sessions).
• Create and update training materials, assignments, and coding challenges.
• Mentor students and resolve their doubts during and after sessions.
• Evaluate the performance of trainees through tests and feedback sessions.
• Stay current with industry trends and new Java technologies.
• Provide career guidance and technical support to learners.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs concepts, exception handling, collections, multithreading, JDBC, and basic frameworks like Spring/Hibernate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers with solid Java knowledge and a desire to teach are welcome.
