Blend InfoTech is looking for JAVA Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Training Program Development:Design and develop comprehensive Java training programs for various skill levels Create training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning Classroom Instruction:Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or groups Provide in-depth explanations of Java concepts, best practices, and coding standards Curriculum Enhancement:Continuously update and enhance training curriculum to align with the latest Java technologies and industry trends Integrate real-world examples and case studies into training modules Hands-on Labs and Projects:Facilitate hands-on labs and projects to reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical application Guide participants through coding exercises and projects to build practical skills Individual Coaching:Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to address individual learning needs Assist participants in overcoming challenges and improving coding proficiency Assessment and Feedback:Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants understanding of Java concepts Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their coding skills Stay Updated:Stay current with the latest developments in Java and related technologies Incorporate new tools and frameworks into training programs as relevant Collaboration:Collaborate with training coordinators, subject matter experts, and other trainers to deliver a cohesive learning experience Provide support to participants outside of training sessions, answering questions and offering guidance
