Job Description

Job Title:

Java Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth training on

    Core Java

    , covering topics such as:
    • Java Basics, Data Types, Operators
    • Control Structures (if, loops, switch)
    • Object-Oriented Programming (Classes, Objects, Inheritance, Polymorphism, etc.)
    • Exception Handling, File Handling
    • Introduction to GUI (AWT/Swing), basic JDBC (optional)
  • Prepare and update lesson plans, coding exercises, and project assignments.
  • Conduct regular assessments, practical sessions, and doubt-solving classes.
  • Guide students in developing small Java projects and applications.
  • Keep track of individual student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Java and programming education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in

    Core Java

  • Prior experience in teaching/training is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and a student-friendly approach.
  • Passionate about teaching and helping students build coding confidence.
