We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Java professional who can lead a development team, architect microservices solutions, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications. Skill Requirements Proven experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a strong focus on microservices-based architecture and migration of monolithic systems. Expertise in Java/J2EE (ver 1.8+) , Spring 3+ , Spring Boot , Spring Security , Hibernate 5+ , and REST APIs . Strong experience in developing and deploying responsive web and mobile applications . Proficient in relational databases like MS SQL , MySQL , and Oracle . Hands-on with at least one ORM framework: iBatis/MyBatis , Hibernate , or JPA . Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and other cloud-native technologies . Well-versed in DevOps tools and practices . Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Skilled with version control systems such as Git , BitBucket , SVN , or Perforce . Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading a team of 47 developers . Responsibilities Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure timely, quality delivery. Implement automation tools and CI/CD processes to improve development efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Samsung stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions. Guide developers to ensure best practices and high code quality. Drive Agile development practices to accelerate time-to-market. Maintain high standards in development, testing, and documentation. Represent the development team in technical discussions, estimating complexity, feasibility, and timelines.
