Job Description

As a skilled professional with proficiency in server-side languages like Java and J2EE, as well as experience in web application development and expertise in JavaScript and JQuery, you will play a crucial role as a part of the Infosys Equinox delivery team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective design, development, validation, and support activities to meet the high service standards expected by our clients in the technology domain. Your day-to-day tasks will involve gathering requirements and specifications in detail to understand client needs and translating them into system requirements. You will also contribute significantly to project estimations by providing accurate information to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Being a key contributor to building efficient programs/systems, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in navigating their digital transformation journey. Infosys Equinox, a human-centric digital commerce platform, focuses on delivering an omnichannel and memorable shopping experience to brands" customers through its future-ready architecture and integrated commerce ecosystem. To excel in this role, you are expected to have knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, and agile methodologies. Moreover, your analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills will be essential in collaborating effectively with the team. You should also demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods while staying updated on the latest technologies and trends. Additionally, your proficiency in mobile and web technologies, along with your problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills, will contribute significantly to the success of projects.
