Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Senior Java Engineer (preferably 5 to 8 years of industry experience).
• Extensive hands-on experience in Java and related technologies such as Microservices, Spring Boot, API, JDBC etc.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in solution designing and architecture
• Basic understanding of database related concepts and SQL
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Clear understanding of the requirement discussion with customer.
• Excellent communication skills with focus on customer interaction
• Enthusiasm to learn and acquire new skills
• Self-motivated and Positive attitude towards work

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Generetative AI concepts and opportunity to leverage it in day to day project work.
