Job Overview:

Java SpringBoot Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java SpringBoot in a microservices architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to efficiently store and retrieve structured and unstructured data.

Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring robust and efficient performance.

Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and address security vulnerabilities proactively.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes.

Work closely with stakeholders from Motor Insurance domain to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud.

Document technical specifications and ensure codebase is well-maintained and version-controlled.

Demonstrate effective communication skills within technical teams and with business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

36 years of hands-on experience in Java development with strong expertise in SpringBoot framework.

Solid understanding of Motor Insurance domain and related business processes.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and service orchestration.

Experience working with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
