Java Solution Architect

As a seasoned Solution Architect with strong experience in Java-based enterprise solutions and a background in the insurance domain, your role will involve designing end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will be responsible for integrating new systems with existing legacy platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise architects, and DevOps. Your guidance and mentorship to development teams in design and implementation will be crucial, along with driving DevOps practices and ensuring best-in-class CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Integrate new systems with existing legacy platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise architects, and DevOps. - Guide and mentor development teams in design and implementation. - Drive DevOps practices and ensure best-in-class CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications Required: - 13-16 years of hands-on design and architecture experience. - Strong background in Java, Microservices, and cloud-native development (preferably AWS). - Proven experience integrating with legacy systems. - Experience with DevOps toolchains: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, SonarQube. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Prior work in the insurance or financial services domain.
