Java Software Engineer

As an Engineering Graduate with 7-10 years of experience, your role will involve contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. This includes developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining applications to ensure they conform to best practices. You will be responsible for assuring that codes are well designed, testable, efficient, compliant with specifications, and secure to defend against security issues. It is crucial to respect the methodologies of the department and continually improve to enhance efficiency in the domain of applications. Your proactive approach in proposing enhancements and translating application storyboards and use cases into functional applications will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. - Conducting Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. - Hands-on experience with Apache Camel (Integration Framework). - Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, SOAP & REST Web services. - Excellent understanding of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate). - Proficiency in Junit for testing purposes. - Familiarity with code versioning tools like Gitlab and GitHub. - Strong knowledge of Maven and continuous integration practices (DevOps). - Understanding and usage of Sonar Cube for code quality. - Knowledge of Linux commands.
