Java Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer - JAVA, you will be responsible for developing robust backend services and APIs using Java to ensure clean, scalable, and testable code. You will implement efficient ORM layers and manage relational data with Hibernate and MySQL, including schema design and query optimization. Building and maintaining RESTful APIs for seamless JSON-based data exchange will be a key part of your role. Collaborating effectively in an agile environment, you will use GIT for version control and JIRA for task tracking. Following DevOps best practices, including Configuration as Code (CaC), continuous integration, unit testing, and code reviews will be essential. You will also diagnose and resolve issues across services, APIs, and database layers to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong proficiency in Core Java. Experience with Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks, solid understanding of relational databases (specifically MySQL), and hands-on experience with JSON data structures and RESTful APIs are required. Proficiency with GIT and collaborative development workflows, as well as experience using JIRA for task tracking and agile development, is essential.
