Java Senior Technical Lead

As a Java Senior Technical Lead based in Offshore (Pune), you should possess a total of 10 years of experience in the technology domain, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Your skills should include proficiency in Hibernate, Java, SQL, Spring, and Spring Boot. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating high-level and low-level technical designs, offering guidance to the team in following architecture and coding guidelines, defining technical solutions design for systems and applications, and ensuring technical feasibility during the requirements phase. You will lead the design phase by providing high-level designs and solution architecture, develop and implement SOA-based architecture solutions as per client's architectural guidelines, and oversee the full life cycle from development to production environments. You will be required to provide technical support for escalated support issues/incidents and play a vital role in guiding the teams throughout the development process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java technologies and be capable of providing technical leadership and support.
