Java + Python Senior/Lead/AD

As a Java + Python Senior / Lead / AD at our company, you will be a part of the team that delivers digital transformation solutions for information extraction from structured and semi-structured documents. Specifically, you will be working on our Foreseer platform, a human-in-the-loop system that combines the latest AI/ML advances with a state-of-the-art UI, all powered by a distributed, cloud-native framework. The team you will be joining consists of experts in Java, Python, and machine learning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your expertise in either Java/J2EE and related frameworks (Spring, RESTful services, Spring Boot) or AI technologies such as Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision. - Design and build microservices-based distributed systems while ensuring strong experience in this area. - Demonstrate knowledge of various database technologies, including RDBMS and NoSQL. - Utilize hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS - S3, EKS, EC2), and CI/CD pipelines. - For senior roles, showcase at least 3+ years of team leadership experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technology field. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE and related frameworks or AI technologies is a must. - Experience in designing and building microservices-based distributed systems is essential. - Knowledge of various database technologies, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is required. - For senior roles, a minimum of 3+ years of team leadership experience is needed. In addition to the above requirements, it would be nice to have experience with distributed systems programming, hands-on experience with Python, familiarity with ElasticSearch/Redis, and exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.,
