Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.
Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions.
Break down business requirements into actionable tasks for the team and drive execution.
Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and development speed.
Own architectural decisions, design discussions, and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Continuously explore and implementnew technologiesto improve development productivity and product quality.
Required Skills:
7 to 10 years of hands-on Java development experience, including experience in leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery.
Strong experience in building complex products/applications and distributed systems from the ground up.
Solid understanding of OOP principles, Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance systems with speed and precision.
Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicationand project ownership abilities.
Preferred Background:
B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions.
Prior recognitions, awards, or rapid growth withinpreviousorganizations is a big plus.
Proven ability to develop and deliver in fast paced environment without compromising on quality.
