Roles & Responsibilities

The Engineer should be able to work as an IC on the Design, development and testing with proficiency and ownership. He should be able to engage the client on managing and closing on the business requirements. The engineer will also be working as an individual contributor (70-80%) - contributing to Design, Code and Testing. Will be required to write and execute Test cases. As a technical lead, the engineer will technically lead the team - guiding and mentoring them, ensuring they deliver to the Design and client expectations.
