Job Description

Job Title:

hands-on Java Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality Java-based applications
Work closely with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs
Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Handle performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications
Participate in architecture discussions, contribute to decision-making
Guide, mentor, and manage junior developers
Ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment

Technical Skills Required:

Strong expertise in
Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Experience in
Microservices architecture
Proficient in
RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA
Exposure to
DevOps tools
, CI/CD pipelines
Good knowledge of
SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
like AWS/Azure is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
