As a skilled Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side Java/J2EE components and RESTful services to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side Java/J2EE components and RESTful services - Implementing data access layers using SQL, JDBC, and Hibernate - Optimizing queries and ORM mappings for better performance - Building and maintaining Servlets/JSP modules - Integrating backend services with front-end teams and APIs - Authoring unit and integration tests, participating in CI/CD pipelines - Managing build artifacts using Maven and source control (Git) - Troubleshooting production issues and performing application performance tuning - Working with application servers for deployments and configuration - Contributing to technical design documents, peer code reviews - Mentoring junior engineers to enhance team delivery quality Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, SQL, Servlets, and JSP Preferred Skills: - Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Docker About the Company: A leader in the Enterprise Software & IT Services sector, this company is known for building scalable, transaction-safe web applications for customers in finance, logistics, and healthcare.
