Description
As a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management and Sales, your primary responsibility will be to lead functional discovery sessions with business stakeholders. This involves capturing requirements, mapping processes, and conducting fit/gap analysis across SCM and Sales domains. Your role will require designing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Supply Chain Management, Order & Inventory Management, Procurement, and Sales to align with business needs. Additionally, you will be preparing detailed functional design documents, solution blueprints, and configuration guides while collaborating with technical teams for integrations and customizations. Your expertise will be crucial in planning and executing data migration using the Data Management Framework (DIXF), overseeing cutover activities, and ensuring successful UAT and training phases. Post go-live, you will be responsible for troubleshooting functional issues and implementing optimizations to stabilize processes and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead functional discovery sessions with business stakeholders - Design and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules - Prepare detailed functional design documents and solution blueprints - Plan and execute data migration using Data Management Framework (DIXF) - Drive UAT and training activities - Support go-live and hypercare phases Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management - Dynamics 365 Sales - Lifecycle Services (LCS) - Data Management Framework (DIXF) - Order Management Preferred: - Inventory Management - EDI and API Integrations - Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerApps) In addition to the technical skills required, you will have the opportunity to work on full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations across complex, high-impact enterprise programs. You will be part of a collaborative delivery culture with exposure to cross-functional technical and business teams.
