Java Instructor - Teacher role

Job Introduction:

A Java Full Stack Trainer is responsible for teaching various modules of Java-based full-stack development as per the curriculum. They conduct interactive training sessions, prepare learning materials, and evaluate learners progress. The role requires strong expertise in Java programming, backend frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate, database management, and frontend technologies. A Java Full Stack Trainer must be able to explain complex coding concepts clearly, guide students with hands-on projects, and demonstrate real-world application development. They play a key role in helping learners become job-ready full-stack developers with strong practical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting classroom or online lectures on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, MySQL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related full-stack technologies.
• Assigning and evaluating coding assignments, mini-projects, and full-stack application development projects.
• Providing one-on-one mentoring, clearing doubts, and offering project support to students.
• Ensuring the curriculum remains updated, industry-relevant, and aligned with current development practices.
• Collaborating with other trainers and content teams to enhance training materials and course structure.
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Creating an interactive, engaging, and hands-on learning environment.
• Participating in faculty meetings, internal training, and continuous professional development programs.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development, cloud deployment, and modern full-stack frameworks.

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

• A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer, Java Trainer,
• Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, and JDBC.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend development.
• Strong working knowledge of Hibernate/JPA for ORM and database mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basics of React or Angular preferred.
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
• Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• A passion for teaching and helping students start their careers in software development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
