Java Fullstack Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based software applications using technologies such as Java, Spring Reactive, Microservices, React JS, EKS, AWS, Oracle, Cassandra, Docker, and DevSecOps. Your focus will be on back-end knowledge (70%) and front-end knowledge (30%). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop user-facing features, design and implement RESTful APIs, create and maintain database schemas, and optimize database performance. Additionally, you will ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications by implementing best practices and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop user-facing features using Java frameworks (such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaServer Faces) for web applications. - Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components. - Create and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize database performance. - Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end systems. - Familiar with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins. - Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the applications by implementing best practices and industry standards. - Conduct code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and troubleshoot production issues. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end systems.
