Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Fullstack Lead with expertise in React JS to join our team based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-13 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient full-stack applications using Java and React JS.
Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java 8 (Spring, Hibernate, MVC), Web Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Micro services, Relational databases, and NOSQL databases.
Experience with cloud technologies is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with team members.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
