Java Full Stack-Technical Lead - L1

Role Overview: As a Production Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Possess strong knowledge and experience in object-oriented design and programming. - Proficient in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Skilled in REST API development using Spring, JPA, Hibernate, RDBMS, Oracle, and JDBC. - Hands-on experience with front-end technology stack such as React JS and/or Angular is an added advantage. - Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD, Sonar integration, and Tomcat. - Knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry or other cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred. - Previous experience in delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services Sector is advantageous. - Advanced understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), collaboration skills, and organizational skills. - Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, tools, and support multiple concurrent activities. - Adaptability to fast-changing environments. Qualifications Required: - No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT. - Team management skills including productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism. - Capability development through completed triages and Technical Test performance.
