Java Full Stack-Technical Lead - L1

Role Overview: The purpose of your role is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Object-oriented design and programming - Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices - Expertise in REST API development - Familiarity with Spring, JPA, Hibernate, RDBMS, Oracle, JDBC - Hands-on experience with front-end technology stacks like React JS and/or Angular (added advantage) - Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD, Sonar integration, Tomcat - Understanding of Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other cloud platform such as AWS or Azure or GCP (preferred) - Experience in delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services Sector (preferred) - Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies - Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, collaboration skills, and organizational skills - Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, tools, and support multiple concurrent activities - Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment Qualifications Required: - No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT - Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism in Team Management - Triages completed, Technical Test performance in Capability development Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
