Job Description

Job Title:

Java Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure Java backend services.
Work on frontend modules using JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Angular.
Build and optimize distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous architectures.
Architect and deploy applications on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control best practices.
Monitor production systems and implement performance tuning.
Integrate GenAI tools to enhance development workflows and automation.
Apply deep AWS knowledge in security, performance, and cost optimization.
Use Terraform or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Backend:
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Frontend:
JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular
Cloud:
AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, RDS etc.)
Containerization:
Docker, Kubernetes
IaC:
Terraform / CloudFormation
DevOps:
CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK)
System Design:
Distributed systems, APIs, scaling, async processes
GenAI:
Experience embedding AI tools in SDLC
