Job Title: SR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT I
Job Description: The Senior Software Development Consultant I will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The consultant will lead software development projects, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements and business needs to create software solutions. - Design, develop, and implement robust software applications. - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior development team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements. Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in programming languages : Java and JavaScript. - Experience with web development frameworks : Angular and SpringBoot framework experience - Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is a plus. - Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices.
