Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and manage Microservices-based architectures
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
Work on frontend development using React, including component design and state management
Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
Participate in system design discussions and technical reviews
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Technical Skills

Backend:

Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or above)
Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2/JWT
Hibernate / JPA
Message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ (preferred)

Frontend:

Strong experience with React.js
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Redux / Hooks or other state management libraries

Database & Tools:

SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Git, Maven/Gradle
Docker and Kubernetes (good to have)
CI/CD tools like Jenkins

Methodologies & Other Skills

Agile / Scrum experience
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
