Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 610 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 6–10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java-based web application development along with solid experience in frontend technologies. This role is critical to the success of our agile development teams and requires both deep technical skills and strong collaboration abilities. Experience in the healthcare IT domain is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate. Develop automated unit and integration tests using JUnit, Selenium, Geb/Spock, and other test frameworks. Build interactive and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and optionally Angular. Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software development and object-oriented design. Apply secure coding practices to ensure application security. Collaborate in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members as needed. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (BE, BTech, MCA, MSc). 6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development. Strong expertise in: Java, Spring, Hibernate, MVC, Angular JUnit, Selenium, Geb/Spock Web Application Development, JavaScript, SQL Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design and fundamental design principles for scalable applications. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in small, agile teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven and motivated to collaborate in a fast-paced development environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Angular. Familiarity with web application security principles. Experience in healthcare IT or a regulated software development environment.
