Min 9 to 13 years
of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on
backend and streaming systems

Proficiency in
Java 17

Spring Boot

Microservices architecture
.
Proven experience in
Kafka Streaming
, including
topic management
,
message serialization
, and
real-time data pipelines
.
Strong
front-end development
expertise using
Angular
or
Harmony
.
Hands-on experience with
MongoDB

NoSQL data modeling
,
indexing
, and
performance optimization
.
Solid understanding of
DevOps practices
and experience using
BitBucket

Jenkins Pipelines
, and
OpenShift
.
Familiarity with
Dynatrace
and
LogScale
for application monitoring, observability, and logging.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
