Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in Java or Python development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise-grade applications. Candidate should have worked on capital Market domain for minimum 1 Project. Significant experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Full stack engineering background with JavaScript or React is a strong plus. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or GenAI-powered developer tools. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and administration. Solid understanding of security best practices, including secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and compliance standards. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, especially with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists. Experience with modern DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate developer pain points into robust technical solutions. Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, with practical exposure to integrating AI capabilities into production systems.
